Death (XIII) is the 13th Major Arcana card in traditional Tarot. It is often interpreted as signifying major changes in a person's life and doesn’t mean the physical death of somebody or something. It implies an end, possibly of a relationship or interest, and therefore implies an increased sense of self-awareness and potentially a new beginning.
